Have had mixed results with this location. This is a corporate store location, with repair services and the like. As a major hub for MetroPCS it is constantly busy, so be prepared for fairly long wait times on most days. Sales staff is hit or miss. Have experienced excellent customer service at times. Other times representative left a lot to be desired. Person seemed like they were being bothered and couldnt stand their job. Definitely a 50-50 shot at having a great experience or it being dreadful. Good luck!!
