Pharmacist is unprofessional and complains about having to fill prescriptions very loudly in front of customers. The person inputting the insurance information is unable to read the information correctly, and is unable to correctly spell names that are on the insurance card. And they will not hesitate to put the blame of insurance not going through properly on the customer rather than admitting that they are unable to enter the information properly. I just had one lady tell me all the information on my insurance card was incorrect. I called my insurance company right there in front of her and they told me that she was wrong. All the information on my card was correct and she was just looking for somebody to blame other than herself for the problems. They never called to tell me that my prescription was ready, and they did not send me the text message alert until after I had already picked up the prescription three days after it was filled. Had to wait 45 minutes to get my prescription back because of these issues

I can not even give them one star, but it would not let me post this rant without selecting one....!! More than twice they have not had medication when I needed it, the gave me the wrong medication for my dog once, BUT today topped the cake. They not only did not have it but NONE of the 5 people working in the pharmacy took the time to say if or when they would get the meds in....nor did they offer to call another CVS to see if they had the medication. The Pharmacist never even looked up or acknowledged there was a problem. I will NEVER EVER use this pharmacy again. Publix is now my new pharmacy!!

This pharmacy treated me with total disrespect ! ! I had the flu and needed rxs filled asap..they ran it full price stating my insurance would not pay for Tamiflu I am on a limited income and my copay was $35.00 as I found out the next day after paying $115.70 for it..Now I have found out they never processed it period through my insurance .I will NEVER use CVS again..Also their Pharmacy Manager Ryan...is very RUDE

I love that this is 24 hours so even when I fly in from NY late at night I can go straight there and pick up milk (only to realize I have frozen containers at home already :) ), cereal, vitamins, even Campbells Chili, and sundry items from batteries to cables to WD40. Always very helpful staff.

All the workers are very nice , fast friendly service to all of there customers. I always see them being very kind and helpful to seniors. Always clean and well lit . I always enjoy the great service. Thank You.

This place is the worst. The CVS pharmacy workers are rude and inconsiderate. Apollo Beach could really use some competition for this place. Im taking my business elsewhere even if it means a longer drive.

Worst pharmacy evwr. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else. Wish walgreens or anyone else would go in across the street as cvs pharmacy doesnt deserve any business treating customers like this.

I have had a couple of good times at this pharmacy as far as customer service. As far as for the pharmacy it self, there is rude staff, they dont let me use certain coupons that EVERYONE else takes.

This place has pulled a 180 in service!! Left my doctor and when straight to cvs. Within 5min I was leaving with my perception in hand and a smile on my face. keep up the good work!!
