I had been having Blackberry email issues for MONTHS and was sick of being tossed around from verizons 1800 number to blackberry, back to verizon, and finally back to blackberry. It was as if no one could figure out how to get my work email to my phone, meanwhile I had 3 different addresses already set up. Within twenty minutes, the Stafford VERIZON staff had me hooked up and ready to go. They saved me $15.00 a month, as VERIZON was trying to get me to upgrade to a service I didnt even need! They were so helpful and I had their undivided attention. Thanks Express Wireless, you guys helped out so much!

I have gone here multiple times. They cant solve everything, and you often have to wait because there may be only one staff member on duty, but they are always knowledgeable and helpful. Its good to have these Verizon places close by, even if they have to be small.

New ownership is horrible! Employees and customers get complete run around. New ownership has you wait over 2 months for product and services. Save yourself the trouble go to another store. Worst service ever!!!! They dont even deserve any stars.

New ownership, They dont care about there customers and dont clearly inform there return policy at the time of the transaction and they do not post the return policy in the store.

New management, rude and uninformed staff. Cant own up to mistakes and will lie fluently. Been a Verizon customer for 10yrs and this store has made me switch.
