The worse customer service I have ever dealt with. The manager Juan might be the biggest joke of them all. I have called and left 4 messages for him but he never calls back. On my 5th attempt I finally got him on the phone and I wish he never answered. Who would make this guy the manager of anything? I really hate to take my business to big chain pet stores but at least their service is decent. I hate to write a negative review about any small business, but I had to do it. When I asked for the owners contact info, I was told they did not want to be contacted. I cant respect a business where you can not even send the owner an email.

Came here with high expectations from this reviews and also a recommendation from one of my neighbors after my bf and I adopted our dog this weekend. With that being said, Rock Dog and Cat definitely lives up to its name. The owner, Peter was super helpful with the items we needed. He gave us some really great tips as this is our first time as owners. He was also very intuitive with our dog who came with us, you can tell that he really wants the best for any dog that comes by to his store. We would definitely recommend this place!

Ill chime in and agree that, yes, these people are rude. Answering my phone call couldnt have been THAT far out of their way. I have yet to visit the store itself, but Im considering going somewhere else now.

I also have encountered rude employees there. Also, theyre always out of stock on many items and they have no clue about any of their items. I hope they go under.
