The store is very organized compared to other stores similar to this. Employees are welcoming. Waiting in line to check out is terrible! Dressing rooms are usually clean, though one time I was trying on a dress, I opened the curtain to go in and was engulfed by something that smelled terrible, probably from another person (really not a stores problem, more personal hygiene). Otherwise a good store, very cheap prices.

Its a hit or miss as far quality of clothes only issue I have with this placed was management was rude when it came to matching a price for the same shirt color and size just one had a small stain and they wanted to charge me more for the one with no stain cause it had no tag I felt they were making up the price... I went to another Ross across town and found same shirt for cheaper with nothing wrong with it

I shop here often most employees always are friendly here especially Claudia, you get greeted as you come in and theres a few times ive been asked if Im finding everything ok, manager one day seemed rude to an employee was disturbing but overall great place to shop & find deals.

The prices are really cheap and there is lots of things in there that are on trend,but some of the things will be knocked over by some bad kids,that open up things in there and scream.But other than that it a pretty good place.
