Love love love this store! I have shopped rockler online for years and was so excited to see a brick and mortar store near me. I was in the store for 2 plus hours asking a million questions. Rob was awesome and took the time to open packages on router bits and set them up to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed for my project. As a novice woodworker, im so excited to have a place I can go and actually ask questions and have a knowledgeable staff available to answer them. You wont find that in "orange" and "blue". I witnessed people coming up with a variety of questions and a few returns for products that were done in a no hassle customer service oriented fashion. Very impressed, I will be back often.

Great inventory. My husbands new favorite store. They have hardwoods in stock along with unique finishing hardware items such as ornate knobs and pulls. This place has MANY items you cant find at the big box stores.
