I purchased a new mower from this store in January and it fell apart a couple of weeks later. I returned the mower for repairs and havent seen it nor have I gotten a phone call with updates since. Ive been up there asking about my mower and get nothing but lies. Long story short they have problems with huskavarna so my mower hasnt been touched and Im out 450 dollars and cant seem to get a straight answer from anyone. I would suggest that if you are buying power equipment from true value in rio linda, do your homework and double check warranty and return policies.

Worst costumer service, for my luck i was working around there and i had to use this store, to be told "do not touch that" when clearly im purchasing something to complete my job, doesnt help, not giving help when asked is a really big issue and i get it sometimes you busy but to be ignoreee ? Nah thats a totally, i dont wanna think that race was the issue but i totally saw how they treated the rest, i have money, you got what i need, can we make it simple and just damn sell it to me???

Bad customer service, poor selection of nuts and bolts, employees waste their time writing individual prices on pieces of hardware, Instead of learning about diff types of hardware.. grade 8, & stainless is more, the bigger the bolt the more it costs... basic stuff. they run it ass backwards compared to a good store. This place used to be great, about 10-15 years ago. Lost my business. I go a little further to the Cooks hardware which is great. Sorry guys.

I usually forget what I went in for as soon as I walk in the store and She says (Hi) !! The service is off the charts! I NEVER ask an employee of Home depot or Lowes for help locating anything !! (Ill find it myself faster ) Here its just the opposite !! There store stock isnt just alot of mic.crap ether. They use every square of space to effectively stock the items needed for local home improvement and repairs. ...

Been going here for most my life. Friendly people, if they dont have an item in stock or if its an obscure item they will order it and call you when it arrives. If your disabled like me or just have a large order they will load it for you with a smile. It may be a small shop but they do a good job of making sure you get what you need are happy with your purchase.

It has a nice selection, especially if you dont want to drive all the way out to home depot or something. The vending machine has 50 cent sodas, which is nice
