I went into this Ace Hardware store because my experience with Ace Hardware in other locations has always been top-notch, the staff are always knowledgeable and extremely helpful - and this store is among the best. I went in to see if they had something I could use for shims to secure a new basket for my bike handlebars. The parts that came with the basket were useless. Well they just went into the back of the store and came out with some sections of a rubber hose that they split open and cut to length and - voila!! it was just exactly what I needed and it works great. And no charge!! Just good neighbors being helpful. Well this to me is the way to make the world a better place. Im very thankful for your help guys. Keep on keeping on just this way.

I needed a ace to match me up a paint color .the customer service for paint department was not helpful . he convenced me to buy a higher price paint by telling me he would give me 10 percent off .well i did not get the 10 percent and the paint did not match at all . my living room was ruind so i ended up painting the walls all white again. Paint match guaranteed is a bunch of crap. And the employee HIEME is terrible help.
