Basic economy tools at really low prices, the checkout process is ridiculously time consuming they aggressively collect phone # addresses and emails in a pushy manner. This turns into a very slow annoying checkout process. Not to mention the extended warranties sales pitches for every other item, an extended warranty on a $14 drill? Seriously?
