Overall I love HF, typically decent tools (hit or miss) at fantastic prices. Most of the staff is nice, but theres some real snotty attitudes here as well that shouldnt even be interacting with the public, especially when they arent even correct about their own policies to begin with (and no apologies after the computer showed I was correct anyways). Never had issues at the Roseville one, and had good experiences here in the past, but the young blonde cashier made me want to avoid coming back entirely, I dont need to deal with snotty rude customer service that feels like arguing with customers, and isnt even right about it either. I could live with her being wrong, its the attitude towards the customers that would have me as a manager firing her real fast.

I dont understand how you have a product on the floor for a sale price, you have tickets in the pouch, its displayed a price, you do not have one in stock before you even open its still on the floor an when your asked if you can buy the one off the floor you wanna charge full price for it and not the labeled price. Lost alot of respect with this store
