I bought a small file in the hardware section. The item was described and priced on a tag just below. When I went to the register, I was charged a dollar more than the tagged price. I went back to check, and the inventory numbers on my receipt didnt correspond with anything that was there on display. Whats more, many files were also stocked in rows not corresponding with their tags. leading to confusion. This is sloppy work. Be careful when you buy.

Returned an electronic rat trap ($47.99) because it didnt work. Angelica, Daniel and Felicia helped me test two other units and thanks to Daniels common sense and bravery we found that the product instructions were incorrect and the device actually did work! They made what should have been a disappointing experience a good experience. This is a testament to their "above and beyond" customer service. Oh yeah, thanks to CSR, Robert for the moral support!

I went to get my key duplicated here. It didnt work: it didnt even go in the hole. I came back and had it recut. They said their machine was broken last time thats why it didnt work. The new recut key still didnt work. Its not even a close duplication. It wont even go in the keyhole. How inept do you have to be to not be able to do your ONE JOB. I just moved here from Brooklyn, NY and Im not used to this Ievel of bad service.
