Amir and the guys at Reseda Hardware have gone above and beyond once again! Every time I go into this store Im always greeted warmly and they are always available to help. They show me exactly where what I need is and even explain how to accomplish the task at hand. I recently went to buy parts to install a water line to my fridge and had to go back a couple times because a handy man I am not. They patiently explained what to do and when I went back a third time (I botched the job) they even offered to come out and help! WHAT!? Who does that? Amazing service. Thanks guys. I dont know if the prices compare to big store chains, but I dont care - Ill support these guys. Oh yeah - and theyre super nice to my kids which wins big points in my book.

Meh, went in there and the guy gave me blatantly false advice after listening to me for about 10 seconds. I brought the item in I needed matched up and he didnt even look at it. He just to me to google it and they didnt have it and turned back to someone else. Plenty of other hardware stores to go to.

When empire hardware moved I needed to find a place with a good selection of hardware for fixing and modifying cars and motorcycles at my shop. So glad I found this place and that they are close by. They have everything! No more time wasted at home depot

I called looking for a specific metric bolt, not only was he rude when responding to my question but he hung the phone up on me when he was finished responding. Not big on customer service I guess.

Usually has what I need. Prices higher than the big depot stores, but its close to home and less hassle to park and shop.
