I have shopped here many times before and on my first time returning something the manager of the rite aid lied to my face and said they could not take returns without a receipt even though I bought the fig newtons yesterday and the company policy was right there in front of my face saying that rite aid would "gladly" return my credit to me with or without a receipt. As a repeat customer and a first time returner I feel that it was way out of line. Besides that the store is in poor condition and they have a very non professional care free attitude.

Sign out front says they close at 10pm. I showed up at 9:50pm and it looked like they had their doors closed for 20 mins already and the metal shutters were down. Apparently they did not want my business.Very unprofessional.

I had to wait ten minutes after 8:00 AM to drop off my prescription because the window was closed, was told to come pick up in one hour, called an hour later and was told "were still working on it"....

Popped in here while visiting family for aspirin. It was out of date went back in and asked to exchange and was told I had swapped the package for an older one. Manager is an Ass
