This review is for the pharmacy. My doctors assistant attempted to phone in a prescription to this pharmacy, was placed on hold for 30 minutes, and then unceremoniously disconnected. They attempted to contact the pharmacy again multiple times throughout the next 48 hours and were placed on hold and disconnected every single time. Then I took the baton and attempted to reach the pharmacy multiple times. Each time I was told that there were 6 or 7 callers ahead of me, placed on hold for no less than 30 minutes, then disconnected. My doctor (and I) have been trying to reach them for 72 hours to no avail--and theyre a 24-hour CVS! Whenever Ive attempted to pick up a prescription here the line was practically out the door because they are always severely understaffed, so if youre lucky enough to have your doctor reach them via phone to call in a prescription, youre still guaranteed a 30-minute line wait when you attempt to pick it up. Since my doctor has apparently had nothing but frustration with this pharmacy whenever hes attempted to contact them on a patients behalf, hes advising his patients to go to other pharmacies. So despite the fact that this CVS is a minute away from my house, Ill now be driving to a CVS 10 minutes away because my medications are too important to entrust to these people.

This is my go to pharmacy for years and I have no complaints. The managers (especially Tony) are soooo good to me. Everyone is so kind and professional and the pharmacists answer all my questions so patiently. They always get someone to help check out if the lines are long. I frequently get coupons and I love my pharmacy!

Easy check out if your dont mind self check out. Usually, very short or no lines. Prices are competitive with other drug stores.
