The pharmacy department is very nice, the pharmacist and stuff are friendly and helpful. However the gift shop part is terrible, rude and has awful attitude. Went there this morning, purchased a couple of gifts for kids. When paying with my debit card I specified debit and was charged credit. I explained nicely why I could not use credit. The store manager barked at me that she is sure that a $25 charge will not do any harm to my credit. No apologies, just barking back at me. I proceeded to have one of the gifts gift wrapped. Jordan who was helping me did not ask which paper I would like, instead proceeded to gift wrap. The paper and ribbon combination that she chose were inappropriate for a 5 year old, but when I asked her if I could have different paper she began to make faces and told me not to stare at her and made comments about my paper choice, like this is a baby shower paper. I was just there a few weeks ago and another sales person recommended this paper for another gift for a 5 year old. I loved that gift paper. I was stunned at Jordans comments and rudeness and asked for the manager who was nearby, when I complained about the rude Jordan the manager said she heard our conversation and told me that I am rude. I cancelled the purchase and will never go back to purchase gifts from this store.

coast hills pharmacy is an excellent and supportive pharmacy. Very knowledgeable and glad to help. even the delivery service is good and the driver polite and reliable. the gift shop is excellent though at seasonal times it is quite crowded with items so can be difficult to maneuver the store. I think that can actually hurt potential shoppers. very much recommend the pharmacy and the store as a whole. i hope places like this are around for many years to come.
