Having been to almost every CVS pharmacy in Southern California, this is by far the worst. Not only is it a small location with little supply of medication, the staff is rude and have absolutely no clue what they are talking about. The CVS policy, of a controlled medication is 27 days earliest refill; I know this because of my constant history. The staff did not know this and would argue with me as I was trying to transfer my medication from one CVS to another. The unwise staff member said it was too early; knowing she was wrong I call the original CVS and boom, filled that day no problem with insurance. So either I was being lied to or they hire complete idiots to work there and allow people with real pain to suffer just because they are not trained properly. Rest assured this will be taking care of; their Distric Manager or Pharmacy Supervisor for that location has been notified as well as the Better Business Beurea (BBB). We can no longer afford idiot employees to give out false information to those who are really sick and/or in Pain. This place needs to be shut down; only 2 people work there sometimes and the pharmacist knows nothing about pharmacodynamics or pharmcokinetics when I asked her about certain medication. Who do they hire at these locations? She couldnt even tell me the half life or interactions with other medications which is sad if you have a degree of pharmacology and I knew more as a student. Rest assured, they will have their managers speak to them. DO NOT GO THERE, you will wait forever and be treated with no respect; go to the 24hr CVS; they have more supply and more knowledgeable staff. Just wait for the BBB.

Angie is a very great pharmacist and she is very kind. My wife and I enjoy dealing with her and she remembers her customers names. CVS is lucky to have a great employee like her. Also, they always have prescriptions handy and get your refills done very quickly.
