Poor customer service, went into store one rep with one customer couldnt greet me acknowledge me or be bothered by me. Go to the mall cricket kiosk for better service. The front door was wide open and heater blasting, making extremely uncomfortable experience. Weekend before Christmas and only one person in store and one rep. Wonder why?
