Friendly guy, convenient location, good work. Rich took my laptop apart in front of me and showed me the problem. He looked up the part to replace it, told me the cost, and then gave me a reasonable deal. Then he was able to fix it and get it back to me in a couple days. Overall great service. I would highly recommend him.

Very helpful!! I went there for laptop motherboard repair, and received excellent advice to NOT bother, and instead sell for parts & look for new one. Helpful proprietor regularly provided quality consultation for customers via phone while I was there.
