I recently brought in my nearly new Toshiba laptop because my kid accidentally broke the screen. The folks at DK Systems explained what the problem was, what caused it and how to fix it in a way that was easy to understand. The staff seemed very down to earth and willing to answer all my questions without making me feel "dumb". They are knowledgeable and professional and did a great job. DK Systems is right next door to Costco and is really easy to find. I thought their rates were fair and they had the repair completed by the promised date. They even gave me a courtesy call to let me know the laptop was ready to be picked up. I bought the laptop from an online mega-retailer and got super frustrated trying to talk to an agent about having them perform the repair. Instead I decided to spend my dollars locally and was very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend DK Systems to anyone who needs a local option for computer repair or parts. DO NOT BRING YOUR COMPUTER HERE! Had Spyhunter 4 virus, needed removal and brought 4 TB backup to be checked with 10 years of professional photos. Paid $75 fee up front. After no callback, I called: "There is no ticket and no notes, Ill have to call a colleague to find what is wrong with it" - then, (verbal) Your computer is "full of viruses" $550. estimate to fix, YOUR BACKUP IS COMPLETELY BROKEN - WE TRIED EVERYTHING BUT IT WONT EVEN OPEN". I went to pick it up and they refused to give me back the backup: No written estimate or notes. "Its broken, well keep it in case somebody can do something to open it" Gave me hard-sell on new computer. rabbed both and brought them to Computer Recycling. Backup was PERFECT. $100. fixed virus.

Had to take my laptop back after paying them a pretty penny to remove a virus. They disabled the sound and wifi. I figured out the wifi, but my computer continues to take forever to turn on, much longer than when I had the virus.

The $75.00 up front fee was credited toward the repairs they did. They were very thorough, pointed out and repaired a few other problems. They patiently answered my questions. Highly recommend this service!
