Tim at Ace Computer Repair was very helpful. We got off to a rough start, but Tim was proactive in calling me and providing excellent customer service. When I first took my computer in, he didnt know what was wrong. It took a awhile, but Tim was determined and in the end he got my PC up and running beautifully. He also took the time to keep me updated on his progress, which was very reassuring. Not having my computer in the digital age was stressful. Tim did what he could to make the process of repairs my computer as stress-free as possible.

These guys are great. Ive been bringing my computer to them without a second thought to other repair places for years. Theyre more than hapy to explain the issues, and never make you feel stupid. Plus, they call and update you in a timely manner to let you know when they can have your repair finished, or if they need more time. And lastly, its at a great price.

Great prices and very fast repairs. I had came in for a repair recently and the gentlemen there helped find the issue and repair it on the same day. I would definitely come back again as they went above and beyond and did things I didnt know they would even do, it was a very enjoyable experience and my computer is MUCH faster now.

Great service, reasonable price, timely turn-around!! I usually fix my own PC issues but had a virus that killed my PC. They were friendly and informative and removed the nasty virus with no data loss. I will certainly refer people to them and I will use them in the future. Bonus -- they also do e-waste recycling!!!

These guys are SO HELPFUL. They will make sure your problem is solved no matter how long it takes them or how much effort goes into their side of things.
