When my business laptop crashed and I had no back up of my accounts I had to do something. I was pointed to Kyle at Tacoma Computer Solutions by referral from another Computer shop, TCS I guess has expertise in dealing with laptops that most other shops lack and I couldnt take the chance with my data, all my quickbooks files, customer invoices.. everything.. Kyle took my info on the phone and made a trip in after hours to look at my laptop, after examining it for 15 min he said it would be ready by the morning and it WAS!! I dont know if he stayed up all night or just had the knowledge to get the job done but I do know that all my data was back and windows was running better than before. I would HIGHLY recommend Kyle and Tacoma Computer Solutions to anyone who needs computer work done, I dont think I have ever had a more pleasant stress filled time as when my company was in Kyles hands, A+++ Go and see for yourself

I first visited Geek Squad when my IBM laptop gave me the blue screen of death. They told me they dont fix IBM computers and gave me an east coast number to call for IBM repair guys. The IBM people gave me three numbers and addresses, none of which were correct. Frustrating. I happened to check Craigslist, where I found Kyle. What a lifesaver!! Not only did I get my computer back, he gave me a back up disc of all of my pictures and documents, upgraded my memory and billed me at least HALF the price I was expecting from Geek Squad. After that, I brought a laptop in with a screen that wouldnt work and for very little money...walked out with a second laptop on the same day. I cant recommend Kyle and Tacoma Computer Solutions enough. As a small business owner, who survives from my website, having an IT guy on my speed dial is invaluable.

Ive been going to Kyle for computer repairs for eight years now. He has always been up front regarding my electronics, and has given me good advice regarding the ever present "repair or replace" question. When he advises me to replace something, he takes the time to help me find a replacement appropriate to my needs. (Even if Im not buying the replacement from him) When my electronics should be repaired, he does a great job and gets the work done quickly. His prices are always competitive, and he stands behind all his work. Hes even done emergency work for me after his normal business hours. Id highly recommend checking with Kyle if you think you have computer issues. He wont steer you wrong.

We brought a working computer with a few minor issues to this business. He was unable to fix the computer and wanted to charge us a bench fee and parts, even though the computer had more issues after he worked on it than it did when we brought it in. We took it up to Seattle and had a reputable shop look at it, they said that there was a part broken off, a bad soldering job, and several screws missing. At the end of the day, our $2,000 gaming laptop, less than 18 months old, is now toast and we will be trying to sell if for parts. My advice is to run, dont walk.
