I have recently remodeled my kitchen..2010-2011 and have bought every appliance from this store, when I first walked in, it seem like the average independent store, there are very few left and the ones that are left are very expensive, I guess being so small not a big chain…but I bought a great stainless refrigerator for about 900 maytag it was a floor model and they gave me a great deal ,saw the same one in home depot up the street for 1400..I was so happy that I told my self I would try and buy from this store again. Then I needed a dishwasher I just called them up and asked what they have and the choices and price was just ok but fair…so I went on line and look found a great one at Lowes.for a good price on sale I said I will call my place and see if they can get close to the sale price…well not only did they beat the sale price they up grade to all stainless inside and out the next model up for a cheaper price than the original one at lowes…My place beats them out again..And I have done everything I needed like that go on line find what you need give them the model number they will beat the price on line….THE Best buying a chimney style fan over my hood the last great piece to my Kit for 370..Normally 600…..found on line they beat the price cant say enough about them….

Been here a couple times and the first time was fine but I was also the only person in there. They have a lot of stuff but arent quick to do anything plus a guy had to keep going to the back to ask someone else every question the customer had. Dont think he understood English!!!!! Wont b back!

After shopping at the big box stores and receiving little or no help I wondered into this place. They were extremely helpful, knew what they were talking about and beat pretty much everyone elses prices. Customer service is not dead. I would recommend this store to anyone.

when you call them , they actually tell you that they have another client on the other line. they do not bother to take ur number and call u back. simply ask you to hang up
