I bought a refrigerator here in October to upgrade my ancient fridge, and found the price to be extremely fair, the manager to be beyond helpful and honest, and the whole experience to be amazing. Great place to buy something when you realize $1000 for a bells and whistle fridge is just silly. The staff even stayed almost 30 minutes after scheduled closing to wait for me and help me load my trailer when I got stuck in traffic. And yes, the fridge has been absolutely stellar since we bought it (I did my research before buying - the same way youd buy something new - check MODEL numbers and manufacturers reviews and service reviews. Do your due diligence as a buyer, especially on something used. Stores arent clairvoyant and manufacturers arent what they used to be.) Their terms of consignment are also on par for the industry, and the terms of profit split and payment are VERY CLEARLY explained and written on their website. They also honestly advise if its something they think wont sell, (example - my countertop stove was too old to get a good price that would be worth splitting the consignment, so they directly me to Habitat for Humanity up the road where I got a tax write off and a hearty thank you from the Habitat crew.) THANK YOU, Ill be replacing my washer and dryer with you guys next!

What a joke. This was the worst business experience Ive ever had. These people charge you to take away the item and then get half of the profit. They sell it for what they want and dont inform you when its sold. They pay when they feel like it without proof of sale. I received a check two months after my range was sold....beyond believe. Im very happy I got a taste of their business practice with just a minor sale. They have lost me for a customer as a seller and a buyer and, thanks to me, two other customers with large items to sell.......more to come.

Michael helped us purchase a beautiful not-so-used Kenmore washer, and a wine refrigerator. Great prices and the delivery guys were wonderful! Clinton and David were super helpful on the delivery. We will certainly be shopping here in the future for additional appliances. Great selection and very friendly staff
