I should have payed attention to the first reviewer on this site. A supposed authorized reprepresentative for a minimum $50 service call from Camarillo comes out, checks over my Fisher & Paykel washing machine, looks over the easy stuff and doesnt perform a simple electronic diagnostic (the diagnostic manual sits in the top compartment of the machine). At a loss, calls his boss and then quotes the fix @ +450 dollars or, by the way, they have a good deal on a refurbished machine back at the shop for half that. I dont buy it, decide to look at it myself, I download the service manual from the company website, talk to a washer company tech and badaboom, turns out the fix is NOT the $450 issue. Instead, I fix it for a $40 dollar part.

" This is my review for this so called operation !! it was hell, it took the crew three times to come out for our dryer to witch is an older one .... and they could not figure out how to keep a pilot light from going out !! no fooling i could not believe it , any how on the last try they brought some extra guy that takes care of the security at their property and pretending to be a helper, not so much, he ended up going pee on my street!! ( again no kidding ) so right then and there its was over so be cautious of who you can trust ........

I was sorry to hear that the previous customer had bad experience with them. I am so pleased with the service we recieved today by Richard. He was so polite and proffessional. Within in a short time our washing machine was up and running. I would absolutely use them again

Camarillo Appliance came out and fixed a dishwasher at one of my rentals. They were able to come out the same day I called, fixed the dishwasher and the price was more than fair. It saved me having to buy a new dishwasher for the rental. Very Satisfactory!

We have used Camarillo Appliance for repairs on various appliances for 15 years and have always been pleased with their work. Preston, the owner, really knows his stuff and is so friendly and professional. I hope he never retires because hes irreplaceable!
