I was given a written price quote for upgrades to appliances for a home I purchased. When I went to accept the offer they told me that the price they gave me was wrong, and that the actual price would be much higher. I pressed them saying that they had given me a price IN WRITING, and that they should honor the price that they quoted me. They refused, saying it was the mistake of a new employee. I find the idea of blaming a new employee ridiculous. First of all, their mistake are not my problem. If an employee quotes me incorrectly they should deal with it internally, but the price comes from the company, and they should honor it. I am highly dissatisfied with this company as they will not stand by their written price quote. I find it improper business practice to refuse to honor pricing quotes given in writing. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Needless to say I will never be dealing with them again, and personally will discourage anyone from doing business with them.

Shop elsewhere, but dont finalize your purchase until you visit here. I strongly recommend that anyone speak to Matt for your design and quality needs and to Mike for the backup systems in place at Monark.

We purchased a Liebherr fridge from this company and they were the best to work with. It had a small dent in the door and they were quick to have the door replaced. Laurie (the Manager) is so nice. We were even invited to a special dinner to demonstrate the Miele appliances. We just love our Liebherr - nothing like that German engineering.

We just got awesome appliances from Standards of Excellence! We are so excited and our kitchen is coming along beautifully. Because of our sales rep, we have a beautiful Wolf steam convection oven and panels for our fridge/freezer. You cant get any better appliances!
