I read a review from someone else who stated that Kitchenaid may have tagged this company as someone who repackages damaged merchandise. Well lo and behold I received a Kitchenaid microwave ordered from WDC, where the outside box was in good condition. The driver delivered it right to my kitchen and asked to sign a waiver that it was received in good condition. I joked with him that he was asking me to sign without opening the box. Sue enough when my husband came home later and opened the box to install, it was dented and damaged on one side. I expected when I called the next day they would be happy to pick up the damaged box and redeliver. Instead I was told that I would have to bring the box back to their warehouse on my own to replace same, even though it was a good 50 miles from my home. The snotty customer service rep who refused to give me the name of her supervisor, insisted that I had signed for the merchandise in good order, and I should consider myself lucky for the opportunity to return same to their warehouse, as she insisted for the 7th or 8th time they had my signature. I said I sign for boxes all the time from UPS, and sometimes things are not right, how could they possibly treat customers like this. I honestly cant think of another company that I have done business with over the internet that has such an attitude towards the customer, not sure if it was the customer service person, the training, or their policy. Pacific Sales will have all my business from herein.

I cant think of a worse store than Warehouse Discount Center. I ordered a dishwasher in January and I was suppose to pick it up in two weeks. Three weeks later no one called so I called them. They had no idea what I was talking about even though I had paid for it. The salesman in charge came up with some excuse and said itll be there in two weeks. After another two week, nothing, no one called. Every time I called him he came up with a new excuse. He would say that he called me but my phone didnt go to voice mail even though nothing was wrong with my phone and no one else had any problems leaving messages for me. This went on for four months until I asked for my money back. I still havent gotten my money. If I dont get my money back soon, Ill probably have to sue them. DO NOT SHOP THERE. -- Update: they refunded the money, but I wont shop there again. -- Update 2: I then ordered the same item (Danby portable dishwasher) from Walmart and just like they said it was ready for pickup in two weeks. The salesmen at Warehouse Discount Center had claimed that it takes an arm and a leg to get orders from Danby. I thought to myself, maybe theyre right and Im being too hard on them. But its clear to me now, they probably never placed the order properly and they never bothered to check even thought I called once every two weeks for four months.

Do NOT order bathroom fixtures from this place. After a lot of on line shopping and visits to Snyder Diamond, etc. we decided to order our Grohe shower fixtures through the fixtures salesman because he assured us it would be no more than 1 to one and a half weeks. We explicitly stated we were on a deadline. He called 5 days after we ordered through him to tell us one of the items was on back order. (Not exactly sure why we werent informed earlier). We then had to order a different product. He never told me it was 50 bucks cheaper and I had to track him down to refund the difference. ONE WEEK later, the prodcuts arrive. We go to pick them up and it was THE WRONG FIXTURES. The fixtures sat in their warehouse for 5 days and no one even bothered to check them. So in summary: 1. they promise what they cant deliver. 2. Are dishonest about what they are charging you. 3. Do not follow up on their orders. 4. Order incorrectly. 5. Do not check their orders. Now we are scrambling and putting the contractor on hold. Ordered the same stuff through faucet depot (on line). They are very fast, reliable and it saved up 15 to 20 percent. Should have started off with them!

Recently bought a Fridgidaire Gallery counter depth side by side refrig here. Not only were their prices better than the competition across the street, but the delivery and set up service was great. Despite seeing several negative product reviews posted elsewhere online regarding Fridgidaire, we are delighted with this fridge. Its super quiet in operation and has been totally reliable. Looks great w/ the stainless steel exterior. Would recommend Warehouse Discount Center for major appliance purchases.

I ordered Samsung washing machine and dryer through Home Depot. Their inventory system was screwed up, and I ended up canceling both purchases due to delays in delivery. Warehouse Discount Center SAVED me. Got exactly the models I wanted, purchased over the phone and with email, and had them delivered immediately. Great service from Nafiz and David. Price matched. Delivered. Installed. Thrilled with this purchase so far.

Ive figured out how these folks make money... Parked in their parking lot and decided to pop over to Portos for a quick bite before going in to look around. I get back and my car is GONE. They called the tow company to have it removed and I discovered from the company towing the vehicles they get a small kickback from each car removed. **Unbelievably slimy**
