Our Appliance Specialist, Michael Marcus, did a fine job. He was knowledgable and helpful, and also willing to match a competitors on-line price. We ended up ordering a slightly smaller sized GE refrigerator that was considerably more expensive than we had originally budgeted (due to the freezer unit being located on the bottom), but this was absolutely the right choice for our new apartment. So heres a tip for current shoppers: the bottom-freezer models are much more convenient for daily use, particularly if you have limited kitchen space. IMPORTANT: When our new appliance was delivered the following week, we observed that the plastic "dairy compartment cover" on the interior was broken. Upon conveying this information to WDC, they immediately got in touch with GE and had them send us a replacement part free of charge (FedEx). Very satisfied with the customer service here -- hence, the high rating.

I want to send a big THANK YOU to Terry, Juan, David and the entire crew at the Moorpark store. We recently bought an Electrolux gas dryer from that location and had it delivered several days later. The first one that came had a cosmetic blemish so it was returned and the replacement arrived two days later thanks to Terrys intervention. We are extremely happy with this dryer. It is far more efficient than any dryer we have ever had. It is also quiet and very easy to load and unload thanks to the large, easy open door. Our entire experience at Warehouse Discount has been a positive one. We wish we had been buying our appliances there years ago. But we will certainly be coming back again when we are in the market for our next one.

Sam Fallah is a real credit to your company. He is knowledgeable and incredibly patient. He also knows when to walk away and let his clients talk without interference – a rare quality in a sales person. We had a number of sources from which we could have purchased, especially since your Chatsworth facility is totally inconvenient to our home in the far west end of Thousand Oaks. Bottom line, if it were not for Sam, we would have taken out business to a more convenient place. Keep Sam happy and on the job. It would be a loss if he went elsewhere.
