We had such a great experience at Absolute Appliances! We recently got approval from our landlord to install a washer/dryer set and wanted to see what local businesses had to offer before heading to the big stores. Once we visited, we knew we wouldnt need to shop anywhere else. Steve Reznik made sure to listen to our needs and ask us questions we didnt even know we should be asking before recommending two exact model numbers. Not only did he recommend a very specific pair that was budget-friendly, but he let us know why he didnt recommend other specific models, even the more expensive ones. Steve is an expert in his craft and made us feel so comfortable. We ended up sealing the deal via email, and Steve was prompt to respond to any questions. I was happy to see that, all-in, Absolute Appliances came in several hundred dollars below the big stores for the models we wanted. These models were also recommended by Sweethome, a third-party review site that we reference often and trust. Delivery and installation today was on-time and smooth! We love our new LG washer and dryer set and know we can go to Absolute Appliances for any future needs.

I ordered a dryer on a Thursday for delivery on Saturday. I was assured by the salesman (Ace) and sales manager (Edward)that I would have the dryer on Saturday. On Friday I recd a call stating that their truck would not be able to wait to pick up my dryer at the warehouse. They offered to charge me an additional $150 to have another delivery company pick up and deliver the dryer. I needed the appliance on Saturday and paid the $150. I was told I would recieve a call Friday afternoon to schedule the delivery for Sat. I never recd a call to schedule the delivery. Without my consent they scheduled the delivery for the middle of another appointment I already had... This company and its people are unreliable. They tout Customer Service as a reason to buy from them, but then they dont stand behind the promises they make. Also - they have a no return/exchange policy?! written into every sales contract! Buy from a brand name store or shop elsewhere if you dont want a headache to deal with.

I came in looking for appliances and left feeling like royalty. The showroom was filled with every brand imaginable and then they had some brands I had never even heard of. Within seconds of walking in I was greeted by Alex and he asked me if I was looking for anything in particular but I just wanted to look around and I expressed that to him. After getting lost in the countless display kitchens I had a few questions which were answered immediately by Alex. He was so knowledgable about everything, if I asked him for the distance from the earth to the moon hed probably answer it just as fast as he was to greet me. As we narrowed down my options and found the appliances I wanted, I mentioned some prices that I got from another major appliance store and he worked with me on matching those prices. I know for a family owned business competing with major chain stores is very difficult. However, the customer service and professionalism that Absolute Appliances displayed was worth every penny.

I swapped out all four appliances in our kitchen, a big investment, and did a lot of research on what items to buy and was looking for the right place to buy them. Absolute Appliance is an authorized seller and repairer of high-end products like GE Monogram, so I found them through GEs recommendation. They are also located in an area that is ideal for me, but I never had to even go to the store. Did the entire purchase over the phone with them, and with all four people who work there with whom I had contact, I had nothing but stellar service. They were polite, conscientious, accommodating, and professional. And I am particular about service. Compared to four other retail stores I went to and considered buying from, this company far outshone them all. I feel really good about my purchase, how well I was treated, and these guys will also be my repair shop if (knock knock) anything breaks down. I would not hesitate to recommend them. A+.

I phoned Absolute in early August to come make an estimate on fixing our Bosch Dishwasher and also our Bosch Oven. The scheduler was very polite and made an appointment for the next day. Two men came within the appointed time. They were knowledgeable about our appliances, diagnosed the problem, and said they would return the next day and make the repairs. The two returned the following day, repaired the appliances and they have worked perfectly since. Bosch is a high end line so they were expensive to repair, but we certainly have no complaints about our service from Absolute Appliances. We will work with them in the future.

I waited three weeks to get a new Bosch dishwasher from Sears after my Kitchenaide from Lowes went on the "fritz". After having it installed - the new machine quit working the very first day! Sears customer service was abysmal-so I sent the machine back and went to Absolute Appliance after reading their Yelp reviews. Working with my salesman Sean, I was able to have a new machine installed in four days ... No hassles, no waiting to hear back from this person or that person (which never actually happened with Sears - it was always on me to follow up with them-so frustrating!!).

We had used these guys before, and they arrived on time and did the repair quickly. However, more recently they totally missed the window they had promised us (12-2) and didnt call to reschedule. After three calls from me to them, the supervisor complained that "you were making things complicated" and refused to waive a small service fee. Further he called back 10 minutes later to claim that his field guy had actually called us and nobody answered. Needless to say our phones call log had no record of a call, nor did the service guy leave a message.

Absolutely professional service! The information was all given on the phone. Placed the order. Arrived on time. There was a reminder on the previous day and 40 minutes before the delivery. Very friendly and professional people delivered and checked the item to make sure there was no damage. Absolutely pleased with the whole process. We will use them again.

They took four days longer than they said they would to order a part for my dryer. Once the part arrived, I couldnt check its availability or buy the part unless the parts manager was present at the store. The parts manager took a four hour lunch break one day, and then didnt come into the office until noon the next.

I purchased a new dishwasher from them. The ordering process, delivery, and post delivery support were excellent. Theyd be 5 star, but the original quoted prices are a bit higher than their competitors. You can negotiate them down, but I dont enjoy having to do that.
