I remember exactly what happened with this delivery. I arrived just in time before my clock ran out. I wanted to double check the address for the delivery. There was a young black gentleman walking alongside the street. I asked him if he knew where the building was. He helped me find the building. I thanked him and said its good that I had him there to help me out because I used to have my husband with me for protection, but that was no longer the case. Then this gentleman asked if I needed company, and I told him "no". Then I noticed an older gray haired man parked inside his blue and yellow car monitoring / watching me as I backed up my truck into the dock. I also noticed that the guys who were unloading me were wearing blue shirts.

I called this morning to see if the groomer would bathe my puppy that got neutered 7 days ago and was healed. They said to bring him down and they would see. They said that he was healed but they still wouldnt see him for another week. So i drove all the way across town with my puppy and 3 year old for no reason what so ever. They could have just said to wait another week over the phone. They wouldnt even trim him nails that i told them they were long and sharp even tho a few days ago they would have when we were in there if i had his rabies papers. Needless to say i wont be going back to that groomer.

Super helpful and friendly staff, s no hassle return policy and even helped me find what I needed and that if I waited a day it was going on sale which saved me 30 percent. They also offer a large selection of services for your pet I have not tried them yet as I live out of town where they are located. One last thing I think is cool is you can take your pet shopping with you as long as they are on a leash.

This place is horrible. Associate Por Sold me a sick animal and made some bs lie about it so I would question its state. Well the animal died and when I came to return the merchandise he did nothing but give me attitude and contradict the situation as much as possible. Do not recommend that place and especially do not recommend that terrible employee Por.

They lost a customer for good. I used to go there for all of my cat food every two weeks. I was about 30 minutes late due to a work meeting in returning the carpet cleaner rental I got and they refused to waive a 30$ late fee. They will lose that amount and then some from me in the future. Pet Co is nearer to me anyways

They wouldnt call my vet for rabies!!!And she was growling a little but other dogs coming in were horrible barking but they took them!!Hey heres a concept Muzzle her!!!!Took her to Doggone salon in Atwater they called vet and trimmed with absolutely no PROBLEM!!!Actually they dont deserve 1 star!!!

Store is very spacious compared to others weve been to in the past. Everything is well organized and clean. Although it is hard to find an associate on the floor they are very helpful and polite. I give 4 starts only because I had to go to the front desk to finally get some assistance.

This is a great place with awesome customer service. One of the few places I can bring my cat on a leash LOL. The Grooming Salon is a Immaculate and professional safe environment for animals and they always do a good job.
