I wish i could put less then Poor as for the Service i got. Please, go to any other ripcurl beside this one. Everyone there that I have talk to are terrible employees. (Dan the GM) is one of the worst people I have seen in a retail setting. They well never call you back, unless your talking to the HR or Customer service of North America. I needed to get my watch fixed and its been 2 months now and i still havent gotten my watch back. It took this store over a month to ship my watch away to get it fixed. I will never go to that ripcurl store again to buy any products. Worst service EVER!!!

Just got my Rifles Tide Watch and love it! Staff is very polite and helpful, and even went through all the settings and functions with me. The guy who helped me out even showed me all about the GPS watch, even after I stated that I wasnt in the market. He was kind enough to show me all of its functions even though he knew I wasnt going to purchase it. Definitely will be recommending this location- as well as the Rifles watch. Thanks again guys! Plus i got a bunch of cool slaps :)

I had a very good experience at Rip Curl H.B. I just purchased a watch from the Sample sale and had no clue on how to get it set up. I forgot the names, but the ladies that helped me were very kind and didnt make me feel stupid for not knowing how to set up. They took care from me and I thank them for the kindness and patience

LOL the nerd that is afraid of sales people. I know most of these guys they are fine. Bought a wettie hood gloves booties boards etc everything is the same price it is anywhere even though its a downtown shop. Thats why ripcurl is awesome, that on top of making the best suit Ive ever owned.

I like rip curl products, but the service at Hunington Beach was awful. I felt like I was being interogated. Every 2 minutes I got a "can I help you" or a can I help you find something" Just be prepared to be annoyed. I found some nice board shorts but had to put up with alot of attitude

I had a very good experience visiting the Rip Curl Huntington shop. Dan was very knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. They keep a clean, non cluttered shop, and when I return to Cali, I plan to do most of my shopping there.

Oh yeah, gotta hate sales people who try to help you out... Theyre doing their jobs, and instead of being a jerk to them, which you most likely were, you should have just talked to them and enjoyed the service.
