It was a blessing that I found out about these guys. I had a computer that was a couple years old and was driving me nuts because of how slow it ran- often times programs shut down and I would have to restart. It was really bumming me out. Then I got a job where I needed to have my own laptop and it needed to be a lot faster than the one I currently had, and so my first instinct was, "go to Best Buy". I wanted to spend $600 max. So I go to Best Buy and try every computer they had and the closest thing I found to be even remotely fast enough was in the $1000+ range and even then it really was NOT impressive. My wife heard about Drop Zone and knew that they sold refurbished Dell business grade laptops... OMG, I had never used a computer that fast. They told me it had a Solid State drive and that I would never go back to a mechanical hard drive. Sure they are used, but for the price (I believe it was a little less than my budgeted amount), you just can not go wrong. On top of all that Jeff and Steve are great guys and are a pleasure to do business with. They stick behind their products and have replacement parts and are always very helpful. I highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible customer service from Drop Zone! My computer kept shutting off, Im somewhat tech-savvy so I had suspected it was due to an issue with the main fan for the processor and I was dreading the prognosis (let alone the possibility of losing all of my data ) So, I called Drop Zone at noon, dropped my computer off at 4pm, they had diagnosed AND FIXED the issue by 545p SAME DAY SERVICE!!!! Turns out a small piece of metal (from interior case clips) had become loose and lodged into the fan preventing it from spinning. I was only charged my deposit for diagnosing AND they taped the metal pieces to my receipt (very thorough). They even cleaned the inside and outside of my laptop while they had it apart. They were extremely professional and genuinely focused on consumer satisfaction. I highly recommend that you visit Drop Zone (even if only for diagnosis) before you assume your computer is beyond repair. Im a former employee of one of the largest tech companies in the world and I can say, without a doubt, that Drop Zone is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and all around class act - OUTSTANDING!!!

I have purchased computers for two businesses from DropZone and will continue to go to these guys for all my computer needs in the future. Their prices are competitive, but more important than that, they stand by and support their products. This week, I had an issue with one of my computers not recognizing the DVD-R drive. I e-mailed Steve and he immediately provided me with the information I needed to fix a common software corruption issue that had occurred. I cant imagine what I would have had to go through with Dell or HP support to get this fixed. Theyve also saved me on multiple occasions with fast system repair work as well (on old systems not purchased from them). These guys are great...

I had a major coffee spillage on my Macbook Air with spillage of coffee, rice, and other debris. Devastated, I brought it into Apple only to find out that I would have to be paying 750 dollars just to have it looked at. Unable to afford such a high cost, I brought my Mac into drop zone, and for an extremely reasonable and affordable price I was able to have it fixed. Not only was everything returned to me in perfect condition, but the computer was also completely cleaned and 100% charged. To top it all off, their customer service was SUPERB throughout my entire experience. If you are looking for the perfect place to fix your computer, stop looking and go to Drop Zone!

What a great experience here with Jeff and Steve. I had a virus shut down my computer after getting through my firewall. Also, my hard drive was failing. Jeff was able to recover all the data I needed and installed a new hard drive. I had some problems re-installing some of the programs I use for my business due to problems the virus caused which infected the back ups. DropZone is the definition of a great small business. Steve & Jeff are both extremely helpful and will go above and beyond to make your experience rich and as best as possible. Im currently buying all of my companies laptops/desktops and any other computer needs directly from DropZone. They have stood by me while my guys in the field have terrorized our equipment and have always helped in any way possible!!!!! Ill continue to go to DropZone for all my needs as small businesses like DropZone are hard to come by and I stand by that!

Our motherboard for our "All in One" computer fizzled out suddenly. We would have been in deep trouble, because we require the computer to get work done! Took it to them for a diagnostic and then had them replace the entire mother board, all within two days. Exceptional ambiance, durable workmanship, and spectacular customer services! Best computer repair around. Over the last 10 years I have had numerous times when I needed computer repairs. From bad viruses to damaged hard drives to various other issues. Every time I have found Drop Zone to be extremely fair, honest and reliable. Bought a charger from these guys once that went defective within a couple months. Didnt occur to me that itd break so quickly, so I didnt save the receipt. They still provided their own warranty and replaced it at no charge. Definitely some good guys here.
