This is the best Nordstrom Rack in the Bay Area. Large selection of designer clothes and shoes at fantastic prices. Plenty of free parking. My daughter and I have found some great treasures here like Frye boots, Birkenstocks and clothes from Free People, Rag and Bone, Kate Spade, Alice & Olivia and jeans from Sevens, Paige, AG and more at 40-75% off retail. Go often to have the best results and be prepared to spend at least an hour or two. You will never want to shop at full price stores again. Remember to bring your own bag as they charge you a quarter for one of theirs.

Free parking at Metro Center. Once you enter Nordstrom Rack, be prepared to be welcomed by clutter and dozens of bargain clothing and shoes on racks. Employees are usually discouraging and the checkout lines are always long. Some patrons line up in the morning on weekends just to shop here, so expect to wait before paying for purchases after noon. Some prices are a steal, whereas others are still pricey. It all depends on your interests.

Got Clark shoes. Label says leather. Wore them for one hour and got terrible callus on both feet. This store can not take them back because it is worn. Of course it is worn otherwise I wouldnt get those calluses. Think twice before you purchase shoes in this store. If you buy them and those suck as mine the store will not take them back. Not recommend to buy clothing in this store.

Prices are still very high. There is alwayyyys a long line. Some of the workers are extremely rude and unhelpful. The store has a very cramped claustrophobic feeling because the lanes or (lack of lanes) are small and clothes are always falling off the racks. The reason for two stars and not one is because they definitely have a great variety for women.

Like most Nordstrom Racks, browsing can be overwhelming. The store is a bit disorganized, but its understandable considering the amount of items. I was surprised, however, at the lack of business clothing. The sales reps are helpful. I usually go here just to browse because looking for something specific would be a scavenger hunt.

I just accompany my family there. Personally, I would rather to shop at other store based on prices factor. This store has plenty of parking space, plenty of items variety. On that day I visited, lots of visitors so place little bit messy, many shirts and stuffs were on the floor. Not big problem.

Lines can get long even with full registers running but the place has great deals and staff is very nice and helpful they are probably on par with five star hotels level of service. Got a pair of shoes for thirty and got out. Love this place.

This Nordstrom is the place to look for good wallet and handbag :) everything is organized and easy to spot ! The only thing I am not completely satisfied is they dont have big size of shampoo or body wash avaiable.

Found a pair of Nikes Free Runs for 40$ They pretty much carry everything Nordstrom carries, but for the fraction of the price. If you dont mind the mess and clutter, its worth the money and easy parking too.
