When I went into the store My friends and I was greeted with help. My friends and I looked around and decided to purchase 3 items together. We went behind the first few people in line. When we waited for about 2-3 minutes I realized that 7 people cut us and formed a new line. I told my friends, "we are in the wrong line". And they replied "oh haha". One of the Lush workers overheard our conversation and yelled in a mocking way at us "YEAH YOU ARENT IN LINE ARENT YOU!". When we went to the real line another worker offered us cherry lotion that is double the price of Vaseline the lotion smelled exactly like Vaseline but with a hint of cherry. When I went home to my bath bomb I found black plastic things in it. It was disgusting. Lush is one of my favorite places but this visit was just a disappointment.

Super friendly staff who spent the time to demonstrate how several of their products worked. Its a small store filled with aromatic handmade products! Ask them to create gift bag/baskets with their best-sellers. Good return policy - you can bring back anything that you are not satisfied with.
