A Private User

Everytime I visit the store its an unpleasnt experience. From rude repesentatives repeatively asking for the same information over and over. I am really nice and understanding but once you question me after you have questioned yourself if not the best combination. Yesterday, the newbie on the floor asked me 3xs which shadows I wanted, after polietly telling her I cut my visit short and checked out, once I left the store, I noticied she gave me the wrong shadows, I would of kept it however, I had just purchased it a couple days prior…. I went back 2 minutes later and theONLY PERSON out of 6 or 7 ppl that can process an exchange gave me attitude about and exchange. I clearly told her it wasn’t my error, and she continued to to lecture me about exchanging policy. I reminded her again with an attitude this time that it wasn’t my fault, what did she do? Continue to look at her screen and not even give an apology. This is management we are talking about. She never even asked what the issue was or how it happen she just began to accuse me.. This is just one bad experience out of many.

I love this MAC location! Ive never had a problem with any of the employees. Theyre always so friendly & helpful whenever I come in! They dont push you towards anything you dont like. All the girls Ive run across are super sweet. It dose get annoying though when its swamped and you just want to buy one thing! I think they should have a express line for people who know what they want and want to get out!
