My boyfriend got his hair cut here and it was just awful. We ended up getting our money back and taking him to MUG to have his hair fixed. I have never seen anyone do such a bad job on a simple mens cut before. If they cant cut mens hair they shouldnt. My advise for men in a hurry, go next door or across the street. I had an updo done here and it wasnt very good but it cost a lot to have it done. My mom also had one here and it wasnt good either. I wont be coming back here after that. This many unhappy things at one place is my limit. It wasnt the same person so I cant say they hire good people to work here.

I CAME HERE LAST MINUTE TO GET MY HAIR DONE AND THEY PUT ME WITH A MASTER STYLIST NAMED EMILY ANDERS. SHE DID AN AMAZING JOB AND NEW EXACTLY WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. IM 30 YRS OLD WITH A FULL HEAD OF HAIR AND VERY PICKY ABOUT WHO DOES MY HAIR. I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE. SHES VERY KNOWLEDGEABEL AND FUN TO TALK TO.

This place really varies from stylist to stylist. Also, they love to change the price halfway through doing your hair. I would say they are just ok for haircuts, but if you want a relaxer go to Beauty Max, 1/2 a mile away.

Products are More professional than Ulta theyre not as quiet as helpful here though staff they could use more tanning products Ill be back though
