Been going here for years. What I appreciate is the fast service; rarely have to wait in line. Typically Im returning something already boxed/bagged, like an LL Bean return, but they are friendly, helpful, and they tape it shut for me if I havent. Unlike the post office which now has a sign at its door telling us that we cant use their tape. (Although Im sure people took advantage of it when it was "free.")

I recommend this UPS store for the services offered -- back office, postal box, parcels shipment, etc. -- and for the staffs helpfulness. The folks working here are knowledgeable... and they remember their customers needs.
