This is the most unprofessional place Ive ever had the misfortune to work with. They promised to finish a job within 4 days. It took them almost a month. Once I got the finished product, everything about it was wrong. When I called to get my money back I was yelled at by the receptionist and given the runaround about crediting my card. I have never encountered such rude and poor service. As a person who has to have good customer service skills for a living, I was appalled at how I was treated. I still havent been able to get my money back. Please, PLEASE think twice about using this business. You will be sorry.

I work for a large AE firm and Ive dealt with many print shops in the past. Id have to say Midwest is one of the best. They are prompt, knowledgeable and do good work. They have never messed up a job and are done when they say they will be. They also have a really friendly dog and have Jelly Belly jelly beans on the counter as a bonus.

I have done prints with Midwest for over 4 years. Excellent staff...professionalism- A+...Will recommend to anyone...Never had a bad job done...not even once.. Prices...the best I have found so far in Chicagoland.
