Walked in excited to discuss getting a tattoo, two employees looked up at me, then nothing. Not a hello, a hay. A wassup. Nothing. I wanted to give them the benifit of the doubt so I looked through a flash book for a bit thinking they may acknowledge my presence and say something, anything while I was giving them another chance. Nope. A big clickey F you to the face in the form of silence. I walked out of this place laughing to my self. Walked around the corner to the vault, walked in and instant smiles and hellos from all the staff. I had a appointment and my deposit done in 15 minutes. My mind was honestly blown by the way I was ignored at greenwood. FYI: I have never been in either tattoo establishments until today.

I was going to write a review about how I walked in, was ignored, it was awkward as hell. Tried to be patient but eventually left and went around the corner to the Vault, and was actually helped and made a purchase. But the person who reviewed them last said the exact same thing! So just read their review and know the EXACT same thing happened to me. I work in customer service and I know it isnt hard to look up and say "hello." Or even "hello I cant help you right now but I should be done/taking a break if you want to stop back..."

I went to greenwood to get an industrial piercing and I loved the professional atmosphere. Everything seemed very clean and organized. My piercing was successful and it took only a few minutes. Definitely recommend this place

Best damn shop in River Falls! Super friendly crew, super awesome artists! Always pleased with custom work and they never fail to impress. Hands down the only shop worth stopping at.
