Poor experience. Disappointed. Went to get tongue pierced venom bites. They are not aligned at all. Blonde manager chick did them, I dont recommend the place. She offered to re-due it but that there is a chance for scarification. Uh, no. Bad enough crooked let alone possibly still crooked and a noticeable scar between the two piercings. I left it in crooked and let it heal. She told me she tried to get it good but she isnt always perfect. Ok why did I just pay u 180$ then??? Very dissapointed. I feel like a refund is necessary. This is total bs. She also took a picture of my tongue and at first didnt take the snap cause she two noticed it wasnt even. Asked me to reposition my tongue. When I pointed out it was crooked she played it off and said it goes to the curve in my tongue. No. Its crooked. Either ur not always perfect or u went to the curve of my tongue... Which is it. Either way. Its crooked. Never going back. One piercing is closer to the line down the middle of my tongue then the other .. Just dont want anyone else as upset as I am. Good luck!!

I am not very pleased with our last few visits with Jessy. I have had both of my daughters ears pierced here. And then one had her nose pierced here and the other a cartilage. Been here numerous times and brought friends in also to be pierced. Came in today and just wanted one daughters cartilage re-pierced and had the original earring. She charged us full price (what we paid originally WITH the earring purchase), instead of just a re-piercing price, and then charged $5 just to put a ball back on her lobe earring. You would think she would have just done that for free for the repeat business. But I guess that doesnt matter :( So sad. Its all about the $ and not repeat business. Which should matter. Both my daughters like piercings, but we will not be returning here. Her customer service is also not very nice and kind of abrasive. She has lost some good customers, and I know she wont care. Which she should, word of mouth is the best!

I noticed that most reviews were from people who got piecings at B-Cool, so I thought Id chime in as someone whos gotten two tattoos from DANG. First, B-Cool provides a clean, friendly, no-pressure environment; they are the antithesis of the dingy parlor image. You wont have to think twice. Besides being a great tattoo artist, DANG is a great artist, period. Hell work with you to create a really unique design, no matter how formed your idea is. The stuff he draws-up on the spot is amazing, and it only improves from there. Hes known in the neighborhood and everybody recommends him. Finally, they take time to explain proper after-care, selecting care products, etc. Theyll also perform basic touch-ups for free (from what I remember), but Ive never needed any. On top of all this, their rates are affordable and fair. If youre considering getting a tattoo, definitely check out B-Cool.

I got my first tattoo here for my 18th birthday and I went back recently with my mother and four sisters so we could all get a tattoo (I am now 24). The place has gone through a lot of cosmetic changes and I personally love it. Both Jessy and Dang were very kind while we were there. They went above and beyond during our time and even kept the shop open for us past close so that everyone in our group could be tattooed. I have also had all of my facial piercings done there in my youth and Jessy was extremely helpful and explained everything to me. I would not hesitate to go back and I do in fact plan on going back soon for another piercing. Yes the jewelry can be a bit pricey but it is going in your flesh; its really an investment in your health to have a good piece of jewelry in there. But this is neither here nor there. In short, I love this shop and I will continue to support it.

i went to jessy to get my nose pierced. she was unwelcoming and seemed like a know it all to start with. i then went through with the piercing and the jewel fell off within two days of the piercing. she had to put a new jewel in and within three days that piece of jewelry fell out of my nose. when i called, she put me at fault for not attempting to "put the piercing back in" lectured me, and then said there was nothing she could do. complete waste of $40 and an awful experience. to add, my friends jewel also fell out within five days. she blamed it on a bad "batch" i blame it on cheap jewelry....i will never go back or recommend anyone to jessy.

I saw Mr. Dang for my 3rd, 4th and 5th tattoos and have been nothing but pleased by his artistry, skill, professionalism and demeanor. He is just an incredibly nice guy who does incredibly nice work. I saw Jessy last night for a double tragus piercing, and she couldnt have been sweeter, more accommodating or more knowledgeable. She made a painful experience pleasant and I highly recommend her. The piercings turned out perfect, and although she has probably done a billion of these types of piercings, she was obviously pleased by her work and took pride in the end result. Ill be back.

Ive had four tattoos done by Dutch and one done by Dang and I cant recommend them higher. After one visit with my two friends and I, five of us ended up getting all of our tattoos done by Dutch too. (Dang is awesome too, I just dont know him as well.) Super clean work, great with color, works perfectly over scars, gives good advice and insight about ideas but isnt pushy or rude about any of it and is fair at pricing. The place is also always clean and sterile. Just a rad, rad place. Im about to e-mail him about another tattoo tonight! I cant recommend this place higher.

I got two piercings from B-Cool few days ago and they will allow a friend to accompany you in the piercing room for comfort. Jessi and Dang are very kind and friendly, they will greet you with a smile once you enter. The shop may be small but its quite professional and clean. Jessi gave me sea salt (or special mouthwasher for oral piercing) along with aftercare instruction paper and explained it verbally, emphasizing important things what to do. Im quite impressed. The prices are reasonable. Will go there again! Thank you Jessi and Dang

Had a double spiral helix done tonight by Jessy. The shop was clean and welcoming. Jessy took time to discuss what to expect, healing, etc. Basics were keep it clean and LITHA (leave it the hell alone!!) Jessy used great sterile procedure while doing the piercing, which is important to a nurse, and took extra time to shape the spiral just right so it would look awesome. Looks so awesome! I love it! I will definitely go back to Jessy when I am ready for another piercing. The care package with sea salt is a nice touch. Thanks Jessy!!

I went to see Jessy to get my monroe done. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and I really enjoyed talking with her. As for the piercing, she was done before I knew it was over, no pain at all and it looked phenomenal! She provides a small after-care package (sea salt, small mouthwash, and a sheet of paper with dos and donts). I would recommend this shop to all of my friends. The entire store was well put together, was very clean and was all around a comfortable atmosphere. I cannot wait to go back for more piercings!
