Black Phoenix is my home away from home. Paully Justin and JC are awesome guys and fun to just kick it with and BS. Ive got two tattoos done by Paully ( my sons name on my left forearm and also his actual footprit which looks like my son took his footprint and dipped it in ink and pressed it himself. I will not go to any other tattoo shop, price is amazing and so is the work. Hopefully soon to get a lot more and even let Justin give me his patten tree frog pink dolphin tattoo.

My niece and I just got our noses pierced. She got her nose done for the first time and I got it re-pierced. They were beyond prepared, knew what they were doing, clean, and as gentle as you can be when you get a piercing. They explained everything for my niece who was nervous, and made her feel comfortable. Great staff and great shop!

The crew at Black Phoenix is not like other shops, They care about you and your body, if they think that something cant be done theyll tell you, rather than lie to you and let you have a bad tattoo for the rest of your life. If its your first or your 50th, Id recommend going. Good place with good deals!

Pauly is very bad at customer service. He was very unwelcoming and made me feel like a waste of time. They put out great work but the customer service has me going somewhere else.
