I received a cover up tattoo from Tyler. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I went in spur of the moment to get it covered with an idea in my head excited about it and we decided that idea was not going to work. He made a few suggestions, gave me his email and told me "I would rather cover this up once then cover it up again. This is forever I want you to love it..." So I went home and did some homework. Took me a week and a half to come up with what I wanted. My 2nd idea wasnt going to work either because of the placement of my cover up. So I gave him another suggestion and he road with it. I made an appointment to do a consult and possibly tattoo it. By the time we got there he had the tattoo all drawn up. We played with placement, then tweaked it and boom next thing I know I am in the chair getting the tattoo done. I liked that my husband could come back and sit with me, everyone was very nice. I even learned a few things about the difference between what I got and another flower like it... Thanks again Tyler for the AWESOME tattoo, I will see you again for my other tats and so will my husband... I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a tattoo!!!

I described my horrible experience(S) with monster Ink the horrible work, the felon on meth who wrecked my entire chest, and its entirely erased? So.. In brief I paid lots of money there I ended up with 8 tattoos, the 8th was a chest piece and the artist was on dope, didnt have the flashing as he lost it, didnt tell me and screeed the whole piece up, and the owner has been ignoring my calls and e mails for 2 solid yrs !!!! He responded to my review last night and we argued back and forth, my review was erased and of course this mystery owner who appeared last night at 1 a.m. to call me a lier etc.. Etc.... Hasnt called , apparently Ill have to come on again and again, I had no idea reviews could be erased, horrible, horrible, experience! Because the Mystery owner hasnt wont and refusess to make this right, I have to take them to court to get my $ back, and because this has been so stressful and my whole chest is trashed I have to have a real artist cover up... And then finish, what I paid for in full 2 yrs, ago... Horrible place!

I called about setting up a consultation or appointment and the lady that answer the phone was rude and was talking bad about me when she was handing the phone to someone else and then when I asked to speak to the owner he just kept hanging up on me and saying I dont care I will never go there again even after I had most of my tattoos done there this place is a hack and I will be calling the Better Business Bureau to send them the recordings on my phone because I record my phone calls I would never ever ever let anyone there touch me or do a tattoo ever again just by how rude the owner was how can you run a business like that when someones calling and asking questions about expensive purchase

Me and my Fiance went there to get our first Tattoos yesterday. I had forgotten my ID but my gf still wanted to get hers. Kyle set us up... was patient, nice and understanding that it was my gfs first time getting one. He made her feel at ease. Kyle was great (he also loves star trek which is awesome) Id highly recommend him and Monster Ink!

I have gotten 2 tattoos from here and they both are excellent. My brother, sister, brother inlaw, mom, dad, even my grandpa, have all gotten tattoos from here. Excellent work. Garret really takes pride in his work and actually puts his heart into his work. Great place. Would never go any where else.

My brother-in-law has gotten several tattoos here. The tattoos looked alright when he first got them, but have faded terribly over time. One is uneven; the ink in all of them has faded in patches. They were not done very professionally; I would not recommend going here.

Wonderful customer service!! Great detail in such a small tattoo which is a lot to ask for and was very impressed! Will be going back and taking friends and family. I am sure every one is great there but the artist I had was Aaron.
