Made an appointment for an ear piercing two days out, when I got there they didnt know anything about my appointment whether it was for a tattoo or piercing. The owner sent me to the lady in the back then she sent me back to the lady up front. Neither of them knew what i was talking about. Finally after sorting this out, they had me wait on their couch while they chit-chatted about their personal lives, even though i was perfectly on time for my appointment and there was no one else in the store. Now after- while trying to pay for the piercing, she waited quietly while i pulled out my money and then I had to ask her, how much is it? Is there tax? which I just thought was weird. Then I asked how to take care of it. She silently handed me a paper. Okay...then I proceeded to ask when I would be able to take the piercing out. She very rudely replied, "Why would you want to take it out?" I responded about changing the ring out with a different one. She replied, "Oh, wellll, I would say maybe two months." Okay now Im thinking whatever, Im just going to leave this dreaded place with these people who dont seem to care. Just because youre full of tattoos doesnt mean you have to be rude and careless - or maybe Im wrong. Ill stick to Anchors End Tattoo from now on where the people are friendly and everybody knows your name :)

Referred here by a close friend who lives in the area and has gotten several pieces done. Jessie is awesome and was able to fit my wife in same day. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. My wife got a piece done on her entire inner forearm for a very reasonable cost. Jessie took her time and drew out something that was exactly what my wife wanted. She took her time on the tattoo and was very precise. While my wife was got her tattoo done I got a piece done by Shawn on my left shoulder/back. I was very exact on what I wanted and he was able to accommodate me easily. We loved the work so much that my wife actually went in the next day to have ANOTHER tattoo done to the outer forearm to complete her entire forearm. Jessie was able to fit her in again and finish another amazing tattoo. As you can tell we are extremely happy with the work/artists here and will definitely return again when we are back in the area. We wish we could relocate this whole shop back up north with us but unfortunately we cant :( We do wish them the best of luck and a full house of clients like they deserve. My friend and I had a craving to get a tattoo and after calling up a couple of shops and getting shot down for walk ins we ran across Impulse Tattoo and talked to Jessie. Although it was less than 2 hours before close she was happy to have us in to peform a small tattoo on each of us. She did a fantastic job both with design and technique and was so gentle as well that even though mine was on my ribs I could barely feel a thing. We ended up staying in the shop until almost 3 hours after close to get both pieces finished and they came out anazing. I will definitely be going back to see Jessie for my next tattoo.

I will have to say impulse ink tattoo is literally the best tattoo shop I have ever been to! Great location near the Hwy, bunch of restaurants around. Plus the best tattoo artist I have ever met. Her skill was perfect! I have never met an tattoo artist who can just transfer my description to image this well. That was really impressive! I dont really live near by yet I will definitely come back for my next tattoo. STRONGLY RECOMMEND！

Impulse Ink Tattoo is amazing. They molded my ideas and thoughts into a work of art. Tom and Jessie sat down with my wife and I and discussed every aspect and detail of our pieces and really made us feel special. The cleanest, Friendliest and most professional experience I have ever had. I will only go here to get my work done and am planning a new one soon with Tom! Too good to be true? A wonderful place to go to for tattoos and piercings. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Amazing artists. Ive been tattooed multiple times by jessie and also been pierced as well by her. I will never go to another shop. Also this shop is very inviting and zen like and extremely clean. All pluses in my book.

Impulse Ink is clean, the staff is friendly and extremely talented. I am so happy with my tattoo and the 2 other people I was with are very happy with theirs as well. My brother even went in a week later and got a tattoo from Jessie because he was so impressed with her work. Best tattoo experience by far!

A true professional! Tattoos are very high quality at a great price. Pros - Clean hygienic environment/attention to detail on artwork/skilled and fast/friendly, relaxed atmosphere/price point is a great value for what you are getting. Cons - NONE * I will be referring and using services again.

I had my first tattoo done here and I was a ball of anxiety. Mercedes was kind and professional, she eased my nerves and made the experience comfortable (or as comfortable as getting tattooed can be). The shop is very clean and relaxed, I highly recommend them.

Four of our friends went in and got matching tattoos, and the artist was very professional and finished all four designs in a timely manner. We thought we might need to come back, but she did all of them very quickly! Will come back for more next time in town!
