By FAR the most unreliable place Ive ever been! I searched them up online finding their Sunday hours. It said noon-6. I even called to make sure and got the same answer. So, I drove to the shop (a 45 minutes drive because no other places were open) and their sign read "open" and had the same hours posted ; noon-6. Their doors were locked and the lights were off. At 2 pm. In the middle of when they should have been open. Their hours are inconsistent with what they say theyre open for. My sister also went in to get a tattoo. The place was very sketchy inside and rather gross. It all seemed very unprofessional. I would definitely go to The Greenwood tattoo place just down the street. The workers are very nice there and the environment is by welcoming and clean. The vault is absolutely horrible and I will NEVER go there

The environment was very sanitary and actually quite easy to settle in to. All the artists there are funny and actually listen to what you want instead of just putting something on you that you think youll like, like The Third Eye down the street. I have gotten two tattoos from Greg and they were awesome! All I have to say is that he could maybe try not to get so deep with the needle. It makes it a little hard to heal. But Im sure if you say something about it, hell get it perfectly. Other than that, this place is HIGHLY recommended!!

I highly recommend this shop! It is a clean shop with great artists, and customer service!!!! Prices are very reasonable!! They work with you to give you what you want and their artwork is customized, tons of free hand work rather than just flash art. I have been a regular customer here for over 2 years and havent had anything but wonderful service! Thanks guys!!!

I got my first tattoo from Greg. It was a great experience. There were absolutely no complications. I went back in to ask questions during the healing process, and he was happy to answer them for me. It is completely healed now, and it looks great. I recommend the Vault and Greg with no hesitation.

They do an amazing piercing job, they are hilarious, and they are easy going on the prices. Their piercings are decently priced, and they give good discounts. They make you feel relaxed, and theyre always willing to help you.

Place was great. My wife got a tattoo there and it was a great experience. The artist we got made my wife feel right at home, he listened to what she wanted and it turned out great. Recommend the place.

Not very talented artists here, got a tattoo of a skull and rose here and it ended up looking like a big blob of grey, had to pay a different shop to touch it up and not look so bad.
