Its too bad I cant choose zero stars because this company is HORRIBLE. I contacted them via fb to inquire about their services and they pretty much chose not to give me service. Thank goodness fb automatically shows when a recipient receives your message so I saw that they saw my message 15 minutes after I sent it. How inappropriate and how unprofessional to do that to any customer. They completely ignored my message and that was a month ago. So I posted on their fb page about the way they treated me and to no surprise they deleted that post. Please dont support a business like this. You are a LOCAL business not even a big tycoon, why would you treat customers that way, especially local customers that you need to thrive off of. I just cant believe how stupid and rude these people are. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE!

Flowers by Guenthers changed ownership in mid-August. The new owners closed the store, cleaned, organized and re-opened it on October 20th. The new owners are the old owners. Joe and Rhonda sold the store 3 years ago to a local couple who gave the store back in August. Its great to have the "old Flowers by Guenthers" back! A big, beautiful selection of floral designs, a clean, orderly flower shopping experience and people that care at the helm. Check them out again. Youll be happily surprised if your first visit was anytime in the last 3 years.

Nine years ago Guenthers was my floralist for my wedding. To this day I am still amazed by their beautiful work! I loved my wedding flowers! Also, yesterday I needed a VERY last minute sympathy plant/flowers sent to a funeral home for my uncle. I called one other floralist in La Crosse first and they said that they could not make up anything for me. I decided to give Guenthers a call and they did not disappoint me. I gave her a price range and they delivered a beautiful plant to the funeral home in La Crosse. Thank you Guenthers!!!

After a few bad experiences with the last people running Guenthers, I started trying other florists. Why better, it was not like what we would get from the old Guenthers. Searching for yet another florist to order anniversary flowers, I saw that Rhonda and Joe were back at Guenthers so decided to try them again. Pickup up the arrangement today and it was perfect. - just like they would do before. Biggest bonus, my wife was very happy to receive it. A HUGE thank you to the current Guenthers. I guarantee I will be back for more.

Do not order flowers delivered they will not be delivered on the correct date!! This has happened 3 times to us in the last year. The last time ordered birthday flowers and birthday balloon that were delivered 6 days late. (oh we overlooked your order...). Last fall order was delivered 1day late. Last summer order was never delivered we had to pick up at the store. This place has gone down hill since new owners took over. Many flower shops in La Crosse area!! Go elsewhere!!

Never anymore. I have enjoyed Flowers by Guenthers for many years. It has become my go to place for quick gifts for the wife and grandma. Well not anymore. This morning the rudest lady ever answered the phone. She was so rude, I warned her to please change her attitude or I would cancel my order. She kept it up. I canceled and she didnt even care. I am only giving it 2 stars because of the service prior which was usually courteous.

Had a BAD experience there. Bad Customer Service. Went in to look and had plan on ordering sympathy flowers, but there was no one that came to offer their assistance. Another worker came in but did not bother to ask. Waited for a good 10-15 minutes and that same worker that came in decided to go help another customer who just recently came in a little after I did. Rude and Ill take my business elsewhere but there.

Received a boquet from a friend, 1 rose died after 2 days and the others never opened, the rest of the flowers were fine. The woman I spoke with on the phone was apologetic but offered nothing for the off boquet. Im sure my friend spent some fair money on them.(Hes from out of town so he does not know....) Overall very disappointing.

We always keep our coolers fully stocked with an assortments of fresh cut arrangements, as well grab-n-gos. If fresh cut isnt quite what your looking for we have a ton of blooming and green plants always on hand.. We keep a small staff so all of us always know whats going on!! Service with a smile!!!
