HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Left a message with Liz. No one ever called back. I called back twice spoke with Lance - RUDE AS CAN BE! NO CUSTOMER RELATIONS SKILLS! Didnt take the time to be receptive to what the customer had to say nor questions being asked. Very Very pleased to take my money else where!

Lance Hayes is amazing! He did the flowers for my wedding and they were absolutely beautiful! I was very picky and wanted specific shapes with flowers that were difficult to make in the shapes I wanted. I went to consultations all over town and I was so happy with my decision to go with him.

Most creative florist able to complete your dream event. Takes everything into consideration. Ive never seen him be any but pleasant to his customers and does whats possible to satisfy their requests. I guess some people are hard to please.
