My wifes grandmother ordered a corsage from another floral shop in Onalaska. The owner was rude on the phone and then made a very poor quality corsage. My wifes grandmother is too much of a class act to raise Cain at a store and went home with it. She called my wife, disappointed and frustrated that the corsage she was bringing to her elderly friend for her party was of such poor quality. We immediately called Sunshine and spoke to the owner Julie. Julie stayed late on the Friday night before Memorial Day weekend to make a better corsage. She even had them bring in the shoddy corsage so she could have a basis for making the better corsage. When we called Julie so we could pay for it, Julie said it was on the house. We are so thankful for what a commitment Julie has to customers service and what a fantastic designer she is. Julie has earned two loyal customers today!

A friend of mine who I sent Valentines Day flowers to today posted a pic of her arrangement. I was delighted and it was exactly what I expected! I placed the order at 2PM and it was delivered to her by 3:30PM!! Before placing my order with them I called Flowerama who told me they werent sure if they were able to accommodate my request of white roses and to call back in an hour and also that they werent doing any more deliveries because they were so behind and needed to catch up. Im not a person to typically write reviews, but I was absolutely appalled that a company would reject business! Sunshine Floral definitely came through for me (especially because I was worried because I ordered online and live out of town). 5 stars, hands down!!

I had originally ordered white roses for our wedding from Sams Club. Unfortunately, the flowers never arrived as they had a "processing error." Two days before the wedding, I called around local florists to scope out prices and see if I would even be able to get bulk roses. Marty was extremely helpful and responded immediately by contacting his vendor. The were able to get me the roses I needed the morning before my wedding. They even had their vendor alter their delivery route so I could have them first thing in the morning. We made our own bouquets and the roses were absolutely stunning. Their professionalism and ability to go above and beyond for their customers was unbelieveable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any occasion!

I have been using Sunshine Floral for all events requiring flowers, and happening in the La Crosse area, for a very long time and have always been quite pleased. Proms, birthdays, showers, funerals, my wedding, my daughters wedding. Last week, they again produced a lovely arrangement, in a lovely urn, for my Grandmothers funeral. Beautiful flowers, wonderful memories, good price. This time their customer service was exceptional. I was so impressed that it led me to write this review - my very FIRST review of anything, EVER! "Thank you!" to the florists at Sunshine Floral.

Okay, so this review is a little late, but they deserve it. I was coming to La Crosse with my girlfriend for her birthday about 2 years ago and I wanted to order some flowers from a local shop over the phone. They were very patient and very helpful with getting the look and colors I wanted within my budget. When I picked the flowers up, the bouquet was beautiful--just what I envisioned when I ordered over the phone-- and my girlfriend absolutely loved them. If Im ever back in the area for an occasion that calls for it, this will be the shop that I call.

Thank you to Sunshine Floral for making my daughters wedding so beautiful. Julie was so awesome to work with and just made everything work so well for us for the big day. She was fast at getting us any quotes; giving suggestions and making the bouquets look gorgeous. You are the best Julie that is all I can say. Marty did an absolutly fantastic job helping me with a backordered item, he helped me find a more than generous substitute (at a lower cost), got it delivered within just a few hours and brightened my little nephews day!! He was prompt, caring, sincere and showed outstanding customer service. He turned a disappointing situation into a very positive outcome! Im very satisfied and would highly recommend them!

This is the worst floral shop I have ever dealt with. I cannot believe how terrible the customer service is. The floral arrangements are not true to the images, and many of the arrangements are not even available at the time. The owner is extremely unprofessional and they do not stay true to their "customer guarantee." DO NOT ever use this company if you expect anything more than mediocre.

Was extremely disappointed when I received my flowers for my wedding. My bouquet was falling apart during the ceremony and by the end of the day it was a huge mess. Stay far away from this florist. Florist reached out to me about my review and told me it was my fault about not liking the flowers with no sympathy. Just goes to show how much they care about retaining their customers.

Sunshine Floral has always provided me with beautiful arrangements at a very reasonable price. They do delivery, and have always had things ready for me on time. Our church also uses them for all of their wedding/funeral/etc. needs. In recent years, now that theyve established themselves more, theyve started charging a bit of a premium, but its still definitely worth it.

Honestly this is be best floral shop I have ever been to! Great, friendly service and will definitely be going back through them again. The flowers are beautiful and I know my girlfriend will love them. I wish I could give them a 10 out of 5 for stars just because of how great the experience was! For a very last minute order, I called Sunshine Floral in hopes to have a floral bouquet delivered (same day) to another La Crosse business. Julie was SO kind and helpful on the phone and reassured me that the delivery could be made by that afternoon, no problem! Sunshine Floral has beautiful floral arrangements at very reasonable costs.

I came to La Crosse to go to college, and my mom would send me birthday flowers though here. They were beautiful and lasted forever! Now that I live here, this is my favorite place to grab flowers for friends and coworkers! Hands down, best place in the area!
