I couldnt be happier with the floral design that was sent to my friends funeral. Coming from a family of florists I like the arrangements I order to have a unique look. I called and spoke with the designer directly and after our brief consultation I knew she understood my vision. When I saw the arrangement at the funeral home, I couldnt have been happier. The product was fresh and lush and the design was beautiful. Thank you so much for helping celebrate my friends life and putting me at ease when I am ordering from hours away. Thanks again!

I live in another state and requested a flowering plant to be delivered to a friend having surgery in a local hospital in a week. They followed my request to a "T" Everything was perfect and they sent me a photo of the plant as I requested on the day of the delivery. Shanna was very pleasant on the phone, even when I called back to change the wording on my note. All in all, I couldnt have been more satisfied with the customer service. Strongly recommend this florist!

When I need flowers, there is only one place I go to in the Chippewa Valley--4 Seasons. Tommie and her team are always friendly and welcoming. Arrangements are professional, beautiful and at a great price. The last bouquet I got from there was a last minute call to Tommie-Quick make something bright and cheerful for my sisters birthday! By the time I drove over she had a fantastic bouquet ready for me. My sister squealed with delight upon receiving it.

I absolutely love this florist! I emailed Tommi from a website and unlike the florist in Menomonie I contacted, got a reply. She was so helpful and considerate, putting aside what I needed for specific pick up several days later when I was in Eau Claire. On entering the shop I found it a little funky and very fun. It had the feel of a being operated by people who care and love their business and customers. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Ive been calling 4 Seasons Florist directly for flowers since 1980, and have always been pleased with the service. I know that each time I want to send flowers or a plant to family members in the Eau Claire area, that all I have to do is call 4 Seasons and they deliver beautiful full-size bouquets that are long-lasting and fragrant. Great value, and friendly helpful service.

4 Seasons is by far Eau Claires best florist! Their customer service is second to none. I feel that their prices are inline with the product. There are a few high priced florists in Eau Claire that I personally think are completely overrated. 4 Seasons provides a superior product at a far more reasonable price. My only florist!

I dont know who I spoke with on the phone but they were super helpful! I called in an order from Chicago for mothers day and she helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and had it ready for my sister to pick up on her way to our moms house within a couple of hours. Awesome service.
