Very poor customer service. I wanted 3 arrangements for ~$250 for my mothers retirement gift. When I called to place my order, I specified the specific names of each arrangement from the website, not only the original time, but the next day when I called back to re-verify they had everything in my order. It was a special occasion and I didnt want anything messed up. The day of, they delivered 1 bouquet, supposedly worth ~$250. They repeatedly said it was a misunderstanding, and that I got my moneys worth. How do you misunderstand me telling you the specific names of 3 arrangements, and only making 1? They refused to only charge me for 1 arrangement, and Brent never returned my call despite the staff saying he would. Had an absolutely awful experience with them.

The Brent Douglas Florist Shop is my number one choice for floral arrangements to give to family & friends. My reasons being: exceptional creativity in using flowers/plants as a medium for artistic interpretation of natures beauty; quality of product--last for weeks; dependable--get your moneys worth; the arrangements evoke total appreciation from recipients...sending flowers from Brent Douglas is almost as wonderful as receiving one of their floral art-pieces. :D

Everyone at Brent Douglas is so great to work with. Their arrangements always stand out. We have used them numerous times, and they always have done an outstanding job. Recently for my fathers funeral they really created flowers that represented him and his life - it was so unique and beautiful. The grand kids love their individual money trees - They always think of Grandpa when they water them!
