Ordered flowers for my wedding, horrible experience. They never gave a receipt after paying after we said something all they said was they would remember. They ended up overcharging us for things we didnt need and did not send out a review until a couple weeks before the wedding and then after double checking over everything they promised to deliver with we found out the day before the wedding that they were not including those certain items and then ended up charging us for those items. The prices were ridiculous, my bridal bouquet was already super expensive and then during our wedding picture the bouquet kept falling apart. I will never go through them again, we could never get a hold of them and when we left messages no one ever called back. I have worked I. The business field for a long time and how they handle things is certainly not how you run a business. I would highly suggest going through someone else, they messed up so badly we ended up having to go through a diff florists just for centerpieces and they still messed up on the bouquets.

I am a first time user of Down to Earth Florist. I was impressed with the website. It was easy to order and I appreciated the free delivery. I wasnt sure about ordering the daily special because there was no picture but I took a chance. It was delivered hours after the order was placed and the person was pleased. She sent me a picture and the bouquet was beautiful. I will be using this florist in the future.

I have received several arrangements that my son has brought me, two of them he has even traveled home to Naperville with. They have all been beautiful and unique and very creative. They also lasted quite a long time. I would recommend stopping in and they will make you something incredible. I have been very impressed.
