I had flowers delivered to my moms room in White County Hospital two days in a row. I ordered the Rose Medley and the Yellow Fellow. The flowers on the website were beautifully arranged. The arrangements were full with flowers and the vases were beautiful. I ordered the standard price due to the way they were depicted on the web. You can also upgrade to deluxe or premium. The Rose Medley was missing quite a few Roses and the Yellow Fellow Lilies were substituted for the Alstromeria. I was told that they were out of Lilies and the Alstromeria would be a good substitute. I agreed to this, but the Alstromeria is a much smaller flower than the Lily and the arrangement looked skimpy. The Terra-cotta pot that was depicted was switched for a glass vase which I was not aware of. The bottom line is upgrade and maybe your order will be arranged the way its depicted. Ask lots of questions! The flowers used were beautiful, just lacking in fullness. Somewhere in California

Called on Monday morning to place an order for my daughters birthday delivery at Harding Univ. The shop was closed Friday and Saturday, (Jan 29-30) due to severe ice and snow storm. I see previous review says no one answered on Friday but Searcy was shut down due to winter storm. The customer service here is excellent. I will definitely use again. J. Lipp Dallas, TX

Ordered flowers for a friend at Harding and they were very helpful and quick about getting the arrangement out. However it seemed like they rushed the order when I said it didnt have to be delivered the day of. Asked them to make an arrangement like one on their website and it looked half done and am a little disappointed.

Sent flowers to our freshman daughter at Harding U. for Valintine Day. The flowers were beautiful. Lots of flowers, a nice vase, and arranged professionally. The person who took are order was very helpful and pleasant. We would recommend this shop and will be using them again. B.E. Cincinnati, OH

Very reasonable prices. Have always been impressed with the arrangements. If youre a man wanting to get your girl a nice bouquet but have no idea what to ask for, this is the place. You give them a budget and a vague description and they make her a very happy girl.

I was in desperate need of flowers for my daughters birthday after another florist got my order completely wrong. luckily I stumpled upon this place! They helped me out last minute saving the day! Prices were great and staff were super awesome!

Have used them several times. Sometimes they switch flowers without notification even if you choose to NOT give permission for that when you order online. Prices have gone up recently. They are punctual but not awesome.
